Once we've fine-tuned the proposal to your satisfaction, I'll send over the contract for your review and approval. The contract serves as our mutual agreement, providing clarity on expectations and ensuring that we're both aligned every step of the way.

Once the project has been agreed upon, it's time to dive into the fun stuff! Typically, we start on an exploration phase before finalising any designs. For branding projects, this often involves creating mood boards based on the insights you've shared with us. These mood boards serve as visual inspiration, capturing various aesthetics and themes aligned with your brand identity.

We'll then present these mood boards to you for feedback, carefully noting your preferences and dislikes. This collaborative process allows us to refine and tailor the direction of the design based on your input and the design elements you admire. Ultimately, our goal is to craft a clear and inspired vision that resonates with your brand values and objectives.

After reaching a mutual understanding of the project direction, we will transition into the design phase. During this stage, we will present design options based on the specifications outlined in your chosen package. Collaboration is key, and we'll work closely together to refine the designs until they meet your satisfaction. This process encompasses the creation of initial designs, selection of preferred concepts, and iterative revisions and refinements to ensure the final outcome aligns perfectly with your vision.

After designs have been agreed upon, we can proceed to the final stage, which is the collateral included in your package. This encompasses various deliverables that may be relevant to your project, such as brand guidelines, artwork specifications, mock-ups, supplied assets, and more. These deliverables are tailored to meet the specific needs of your project, ensuring that you receive the necessary tools to bring your vision to life effectively.

At this point, we aim to sign off the project and would greatly appreciate a testimonial sharing your experience with me, and any recommendations you provide would be invaluable. As a token of our gratitude, if a project is signed off by someone you have recommended, both you and your recommendation will qualify for a 5% refund on your respective projects. To qualify, both projects must reach a completed and paid state.
